5. How do we protect your sensitive information and how long do we retain it?

We may retain registration information and content in your account for up to 30 months after your last activity on your account. If your Analystik account becomes inactive as described above, we will deactivate your Analystik account.

If we deactivate your Analystik account as provided above, your personalized content will be deleted, but your content and account registration information may remain in our archives for up to an additional 30 months for reasons set out above.

You may also receive email offers from us for the additional 30 months for our Services, unless you opt out as provided in Section 6 below. You will have the option to unsubscribe in each email we send you, or you can contact us using the contact details provided above.

If you delete your Analystik account as provided in Section 6 below below, your personalized content will be deleted, but your account registration information may remain in our records for up to an additional 30 months for the reasons stated above.

At the end of 30 months If we deactivate your Analystik account or if you delete your Analystik account, we reserve the right to retain in our records certain sensitive information that may be required for legal, regulatory or other government compliance purposes. For example, we may retain information about your invoices which may include your email address, first and last name, language, country (IP address) and user ID, or your opt-in or opt-in status. opt-out, or if you deleted your Analystik account yourself and if so when.
